Overview

PadelCompanion is a padel score tracking application for Wear OS smartwatches. This policy explains what information the app handles, how long it is kept, and how you can delete it.

Data We Collect

PadelCompanion does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data or usage data. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no network communication of any kind. No information ever leaves your device, and the developer never receives or has access to any of your information.

Data Stored On Your Device

While a match is in progress, the app holds the current match state in the device's temporary memory only. This consists solely of:

• Current point, game, and set scores for both teams
• Which team is serving and on which side
• Whether a tiebreak is active
• A short history of previous scores, used only to support the Undo button

This information is anonymous match scoring data. It contains no names, no identifiers, no location data, and nothing that can identify you.

Data Retention

PadelCompanion stores no data permanently. Match state is held only in temporary memory while the app is running. It is automatically and permanently erased as soon as the app is closed by the system or by you. The app writes no files, no databases, and no saved preferences to your device's storage, and it retains nothing between sessions. Because no data is ever transmitted, the developer retains no data about you for any period of time.

How to Delete Your Data

You can erase all match data at any time using any of the following methods:

• Use the Reset button in the app. This immediately clears the current match score and all undo history.
• Close the app. All match data is erased automatically and permanently when the app closes.
• Clear the app's storage. On your watch, go to Settings > Apps > PadelCompanion > Storage > Clear data.
• Uninstall the app. This removes the app and any associated data from your device completely.

Because the developer never receives or stores any of your data, there is no account to close and no deletion request that needs to be submitted to us. If you have any questions about deleting your data, you can contact us using the details below.

Permissions

The app requests only the WAKE_LOCK permission, which keeps the watch screen on during a match so you can glance at the score. This permission is not used to collect any information. No other permissions are requested.

Third-Party Services

PadelCompanion does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data-sharing services. No data is shared with any third party, because no data is collected.

Children's Privacy

PadelCompanion is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children, because the app collects no data from any user.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and publish the updated policy at this same address.
